Portage Borough Council will be holding their December 1st, 2025 regular meeting in Council Chambers at 6:30 p.m.  The public is always welcomed.

Portage Borough Council will be accepting letters of interest/re-appointments for the following boards and commissions until Monday, December 8th, 2025 by 11:00 a.m.

 Planning Commission

                              Five Year Term – (Mark Slebodnick) 2026 through 2030.

                              Five Year Term – (Currently Vacant) 2022 through 2026.

                              Five Year Term – (Currently Vacant) 2025 through 2029.

Portage Area Joint Parks and Recreation Commission

                              Three Year Term – (George Wozniak) 2026 through 2028.

Portage Sewer Authority

                              Five Year Term – (Don Squillario) 2026 through 2030.

Portage Municipal Water Authority

                              Four Year Term – (Scott Yetsko) 2026-2029.

Solicitor – two year term

Engineer – two year term

The Portage  Borough Council will be holding special purpose meetings on Monday, December 8th, and Wednesday, December 10th, commencing at 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers. 

Borough Council will be holding a special meeting for general purposes on Monday, November 24th, 2025 at 6:30 p.m.  The public is encouraged to attend.
