SUNSHINE NOTICE
The Portage Borough Council announces its 2026 regular monthly meetings and Committee of the Whole meetings. Meetings are open to the public and will be held at the Portage Borough Administration Building, 721 Main Street, Portage, PA.
Unless otherwise noted, meetings will begin at 6:30 p.m. prevailing time. Regular monthly meetings are scheduled for the first Monday of each month. If the first Monday falls on a holiday, the meeting will be held on the first Tuesday of the month.

Portage Borough is a home rule municipality located in Cambria County, Pennsylvania. Situated approximately 10 miles southeast of Ebensburg and 22 miles southwest of Altoona, Portage is part of the Johnstown Metropolitan Statistical Area.
According to the 2020 U.S. Census, the borough has a population of 2,459 residents.
