The part-time Borough Manager is hired by Borough Council to be the Chief Administrative Officer of the Borough. The Borough Manager is responsible for the daily operations of government and supervision of all municipal departments. The Borough Manager is also responsible for all financial affairs, legislative ordinances and resolutions, budgeting, purchasing, and establishing administrative policies.
