2024 Halloween Parade & Trick or Treat
The Halloween parade and trick or treat will be held for Portage on Sunday, October 27th, 2024. The parade line up at 12:30 p.m. will be at Caldwell Avenue and Main Street Intersections. The parade will start promptly at 2:00 p.m. Trick or treat will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
