Notice is hereby given that the 2026 Proposed Budget for Portage Borough is available for public inspection from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Borough Secretary’s Office located at 721 Main Street, Portage, PA 15946. Final adoption on the proposed ordinances include the 2026 General Fund, State Liquid Fuels, and Capital Improvements Fund; setting the tax rate for 2026; and establishing wages rates for borough employees, and personnel policy. The adoption is scheduled for a special meeting on Wednesday, December 31, 2025 at 4:00 p.m.
